A daily XML backup of the wiki can be downloaded from here: https://zdoom.org/files/wikibackup/zdoom-wiki.xml.xz

The backup can be imported into a local mediawiki instance (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Importing_XML_dumps) or converted to markdown (https://github.com/philipashlock/mediawiki-to-markdown).
