The GZDoom Strife Dialog Format is a variant of the ZDoom Strife Dialog Format, which is in itself a variant of the Universal Strife Dialog Format. It primarily exists to allow for better management of larger, more elaborate conversation scripts.
Changes from ZSDF
- Namespace: This must be set to "GZDoom" to switch from USDF or ZSDF to GZSDF.
New Fields
Page
- PageName: Allows the specifying a name for a page, as opposed to the original automatic numbering.
- Link: Now allows you to specify a page to link to by its PageName. Old numeric page linking is still supported.
Choice
- NextPage: Now allows you to specify a page to link to by its PageName. Old numeric page linking is still supported.
