bool CheckRange(double distance[, bool two_dimension])
Checks if the Actor is in range of any players or cameras a player is looking through.
- distance - The range to check against.
- two_dimension - False by default. If true, the distance will only be checked along the xy axis.
Returns false if a player is in range of the Actor.
