A_ThrustInitUp
(no parameter)

Sets special2 (raise speed) to 5, initializes floor clipping to 0, sets the first argument to 1 (raised), and sets special1 to 0. The flags SOLID, NOTELEPORT, and FLOORCLIP are set and many other are cleared.

This codepointer is restricted to ThrustFloor and derived classes.
